So this topic is all about how to connect to your archangels, what the meaning and purpose of each angel is and how we can access prayers to connect and deepen that relationship. So first, let's just open up. What are angels? So, so maybe you've felt in your life, the presence of an energy around you or a guidance support system, or you felt an intuitive knowing.

Or in moments when you were really stuck, you didn't know how everything just fell into place. I'm going to tell you, in those moments when you feel divinely hooked up. Those are the moments that your angels are around you. And we, we all have angels. We all have angel guides. We have our own unique angel guides and we have access to specific archangels at all times.

They come to help us and support us in our own unique ways. And for me, [00:05:00] I talk to my angels all the time, but particularly at night when I'm going to sleep and I'm particularly when I'm putting my son to sleep, we always say, thank you angels of the highest truth and compassion for watching over us. for guiding us, for protecting us.

And Ali will always put his hands out and he'll go, Huggies for everyone! He hugs his angels. Huggies for everyone. And I gave him this little feather necklace to just sort of be like, this is your little angel feather necklace. And to give, to give him that, that knowing. is so empowering for my child because he walks through life now when he feels afraid he asks for help from his angels and he has faith in this guidance and if this is something that's it that's igniting a spark inside of you i want you to listen up because i'm going to teach you the meaning of each archangel and then i'm going to guide you through a prayer for each archangel so that you can really feel that relief come through so i've got a whole outline for you of these angel prayers and all this guidance.

So why do we pray [00:06:00] to access our angels? When we pray, we temporarily suspend our fearful voice, that voice of fear in our head, that voice of fear in our heart. Prayer is a way of offering up and giving over. It's a way of transforming our fears from fear back to love. And as we give over these desires or fears to the care of our angels through prayer, we actually are almost.

Letting go of our worldly control and trusting that there is a divine presence ready to pick up what we're putting out. and guide us to the next right action. And so these prayers are really prayers of giving over.

These prayers, each archangel is going to have its own unique prayer. And as I guide you through these prayers, I want you to close your eyes and if you're, as long as you're not driving, and I want you to put your hand on your heart and I want you to feel into the presence of that guidance and that wisdom and that [00:07:00] hope and that faith and that trust that there is an ever present energy within you and around you, guiding you and protecting you. And each individual prayer can be practiced.

Whenever you want. That's the nice thing about this relationship. It's not like you have to live in the same time zone to connect. Your guides and your angels, your angels are always with you. They're always guiding you.

And all you have to do is ask. There's an important thing about angels is that they will only enter in at your free will. So you have to welcome in that presence. You have to invoke the presence of those angels through prayer. And that's why it's important that we have these prayer practices. And anyway, your prayer is just saying, thank you angels for your help.

Or I welcome my angels to come in, but these beautiful prayers are so specific to each archangel and having that message come through so naturally is what gets you into a relationship with this angelic presence. So we want to ask and we want to listen. We want to ask. We want to listen. You can't just be in a one way conversation.

You can't just be asking, asking, [00:08:00] asking and not paying attention to the signs that you receive. When you ask guidance from an angel, you want to make sure that you are listening. You're paying attention and you're following that guidance.

I'm going to take you through each archangel, their meaning, and a perfect prayer to align you with their frequency. And before we dive into the angels and their prayers, I'm going to play a clip from an interview I did with my beautiful friend, Kyle Gray, who is an angel medium. And this clip is going to give you more information about what it feels like to be connected to your angels and, and he's an expert in angels.

So just let's, let's, let's roll the clip right now.

At one point in time, you had told me that I had this angel called Peter. And he was like a gatekeeper and that he was there to protect my energy when I was in a book signing. Kind of like a bodyguard is how you described him. And I have since felt his presence and I wonder, is [00:09:00] it possible that that angel has traveled with my soul, or what can I know about that connection?

Has it been going on for a long time? Is it specific to this lifetime? Is it all of the above? Yeah, all of the above. I believe that our guardian angels, our soul's gatekeeper, record our soul's journey and the evolution of our soul. They've been with us for lifetimes upon lifetimes upon lifetimes. So I believe the soul is recycled.

I believe we come back many times. And what I've come to understand is that Many people feel drawn to angels naturally, I've always felt a deep rapport, and I think the reason that many people feel drawn to angels, and the stats are really cool, in the U. S. it's 8 out of 10 people believe in angels. Cool, wow.

Yeah, so it's big stats, right? And out of those eight, one in every ten believe they've had a direct experience of the angelic, so it's big stuff. I believe that many of [00:10:00] us feel drawn to angels because we're actually remembering them from before. So if you feel like, oh my goodness, I feel my presence, my guardian angel, or I feel like I want to connect with them, it's because before you were in this body, you were dancing across the stars together and you're remembering them from before.

Dancing across the stars. I mean, you definitely danced across the stars. Mm hmm. Oh, 100%. 100%. And I want to keep dancing even here. I have this angel that I channeled prior to having that confirmation from a medium. I had been doing some energy work at a period of time on myself and then on my husband and I would start channeling this angel.

She referred to herself as Lily. And she's just extraordinary, like beautiful blonde, very young and healthy and vibrant and long blonde hair and she'd come through and I would just continue to listen to her [00:11:00] direction. Maybe a month after this, this is years ago, like a decade ago, my friend Rebecca Rosen, who's another medium I adore, came to me and gave me a reading and then she said, who's Lily?

And then she affirmed that Lily is indeed an angel that works with me. And a lot of times mediums don't remember what they say, but every single time Rebecca gives me a reading, she's always like, there's a Lily here again, Lily's back. And so I wonder how much guides and angels use mediums as a way of confirming that their presence is there, right?

So you said we can connect to angels on our own. We have that ability. But sometimes angels will work through people, maybe even a medium or whatever, to present their message. A hundred percent. And doesn't always have to be a trained medium. It could just be a person, someone. Yeah. Angels would love to come through to give us confirmation, because I think what happens when people have these experiences or you feel like they're being [00:12:00] visited off of a presence.

Often, we also question that and be like, is this actually happening to me or am I just playing make believe or we might fear that we're losing our mind a little bit. And so when we get that confirmation through someone who's got the ability to channel, it just gives us that confidence to keep running with it.

You know, there's that quote from the Bible that says we can be entertaining angels unawares and I've always loved that idea. And there's this one person that I know who started a kindness charity. in Scotland, and they spoke about how acts of kindness can change someone's life. And so she started this thing where she encourages people to do random acts to people, random acts of kindness to make them feel safe or seen or supported.

And so there was this one person who was taking the bus every day, and they saw this one person sitting on the bus, For maybe 10 years, same bus, every day, same person. But this one day, because they had heard about [00:13:00] this random acts of kindness, they decided that they were going to go over to this person and be like, Hey, how you doing today?

I've noticed we've seen each other on this bus for 10 years and never spoken. And so they did. And that person said to them, I can't believe you're speaking to me after all these years. And she said, I said to God this morning that if no one speaks to me today, I'm going to leave this earth. I've had enough.

I don't want to be on this planet anymore. And then this person just randomly gets inspired to go over to that person, perform the random act of kindness, and in turn, save a life. That's right. So that's their angel guide working through that person practicing the random act of kindness. Let's unpack that moment.

So I believe that anyone listening to Dear Gabby is angelically inclined, okay, from the standpoint of having an openness, a desire, a willingness, and a ability to connect. We all have an ability to connect, but particularly those of us who are willing, right? And open. [00:14:00] Whenever our listeners have those inspired moments of, I feel called to express love in a form that's not going to be unsafe or whatnot, that hit of inspiration could be the presence of an angel coming through.

A hundred percent. And I think that that's when you become the angel's angel, because angel just means messenger of God. So you're the messenger's messenger, you know. I think that a lot of nurses and doctors are the angel's angels. Most people in service. Yeah. Yeah. I've listened to your show a lot, and I know that you're a huge advocate for therapists.

And I wanted to tell you the story about a therapist that came. to see me in London recently, because she was always interested and open to angels, but it was never part of her thing. And she had learned that unless you ask an angel to help you, angels cannot come through. But I've since come to understand Similar to the ideas of being [00:15:00] a super attractor, if you are in the likeness of an angel's vibration, you actually attract them towards you.

This woman who's a therapist was working with this guy, he was an addict, and she was trying to help him so much. In her mind, she's like, I just need to find a way to help this person crack through this. And all of a sudden, and she's never done anything like this in her life, this figure appears in the room and starts giving her clear direction, clear instruction, telling her what she needs to say to this guy.

And it starts to help him turn his mindset around, which in turn helped him make a recovery. And so she was desperate to ask me about how did that happen? Cause I never called in an angel. And I said, well, it's because Your desperation to help him, your deep driving desire to be of service, created this vibration that attracted the angels towards you [00:16:00] so that they could help you both through that.

Isn't that incredible? Well, when we are in alignment with our super attractor power, with our connection to a source of our own understanding, we are vibrating at the frequency of the angelic realm and therefore what we open up our conscious awareness to receive that kind of guidance, whether it be direction.

So when I'm on stage, there are times when my inner dialogue is taken over and I am channeling angelic voices. And particularly when And even in Q& A things when I feel very directive and often for me in the direction of helping people elevate their highest purpose. That's how I'm used typically. Okay.

So not like, Oh, your dad wants you to know this thing. I'm more like the angels are coming through me specifically to use me as a conduit for up leveling connection to spirit and high purpose. That's one way of receiving. You get into the vibration, the angelic. connection and support comes through.

Language that I have borrowed from you of being able [00:17:00] to invoke an angel is to say thank you angels for revealing to me what it is I need to know. And I want to talk about that language of how we welcome in that presence. I like the words thank you because it's affirming that they're already doing it, that it's already happening.

Right, because angels love us saying thank you, and the reason they love us saying thank you isn't because they want praise. It's because the gratitude that we genuinely feel is going to magnetize towards a miracle. That's ultimately why angels love us saying thank you. So we know that gratitude is one of the highest vibrations possible.

And so angels operate on that gratitude frequency. When we are in gratitude, angels are close by. So we can say angels, thank you for revealing your presence. Thank you angels for reminding me that you're here with me. Thank you angels for revealing to me what I need to know. And the reason that that's so [00:18:00] powerful is because most people go to prayer as their final thing.

I've done everything else. Now I'm going to drop on my knees and pray. And so when we go to prayer, most of the time we're in a lack mindset where we don't believe what we need is possible. Whereas if we go in a state of gratitude, praying when things go right, not just when things go wrong. we open up a clearer channel for us to be able to invoke more help and more presence and more love.

It strengthens the conversation. It makes it more second nature as well. Yeah, I always say to people, it's like, when you're developing a connection to the angels, you don't want to be that friend that just shows up when things go wrong all the time, because we know how much of a bummer that is. You want to be that friend that's like, hey, I'm really grateful for this blessing and I'm really grateful That's how you open it up.

And so, I started to teach people to use thank you angels as a mantra. Every time things go [00:19:00] right, thank you angels. Every time the clouds part and the sun comes through, thank you angels. And the more we do that, we bring their presence in and that's when we start to be able to hear them.

And so if you're struggling in any way with any form of addiction or any form of mental discomfort, Archangel Raphael can come through for you. So once again, if you're not driving, gently place your hand on your heart and close your eyes. And we pray to Archangel [00:32:00] Raphael. Archangel Raphael, thank you for surrounding me with your healing emerald light.

Restore my body and my mind and my spirit back to perfect health. Help me release any fears, stress, or pain. And fill me with your soothing energy. Guide me towards the human healers who can support my growth and my recovery. Thank you, Raphael, for your divine healing and support. I love calling on Archangel Raphael whenever I feel sick or I feel like I'm getting into a scary mental state or I feel anxious.

That's the time to call on Archangel Raphael. And then we have Archangel Azrael. And Azrael is there for those of us who may be passing if there's a transition when we transition from the body to this to the spirit realm. Archangel Israel is like a, it's like a guide to bridge us back to the divine realm.

So if there's someone in your life who's transitioning, this is a beautiful prayer to say for [00:33:00] them and to offer them in that time. We gently close your eyes and connect to Archangel Israel and say thank you Archangel Israel for surrounding me with your comforting light. Bring me peace during times of transition and loss.

Help me to release any grief and to find strength in your loving presence. Guide me through this difficult time with grace and understanding. Thank you, Azriel, for your support and compassion. You can use that prayer even in your own life transitions. So it may not be passing on from this lifetime, but passing on from an old way of being.

Call on Azriel for that kind of guidance and connection. And then we have Archangel Jophiel who is wonderful to call on for manifesting beauty and joy and wisdom and just this energy of abundance. And I love this angel because this, this, this inner and outer beauty can be expanded through the angelic realm and connection of Archangel [00:34:00] Jophiel.

Gently close your eyes if you're not driving and place your hand on your heart. as we pray to Archangel Jophiel. Thank you Archangel Jophiel for surrounding me with your radiant light and helping me see beauty in all things. Clear away any negative stories or fears or chaos from my mind and bring my new insights and creative ideas back to me.

Guide my thoughts back to love. and beauty and help me to manifest harmony and wisdom in my life. Thank you, Jophiel, for your inspiration and support. So in those moments when you want to really shift your thinking from fear back to love or recognize the beauty of the world or become more present in your energy, call on Archangel Jophiel.

That prayer will align you with the beauty in all things and remind you of the true nature of who you really are. And I want you to use these prayers and I want you to use these relationships [00:35:00] with your angels as guidance. wisdom, support, direction, healing. It's almost like this, this tincture of light can come through and enter you as you open your heart to receive that guidance.

So when we start to act as angels, we recognize we're no longer alone. We're not alone in this lifetime. For me, I often see sparks of light. I see little sparks of light come through when I'm, when I'm with my angel guides. And so there'll be signs, you might feel your extremities tingling, you might feel a softness on your shoulder, or maybe it's like a little brush in your hair, or maybe you'll smell like a scent of roses or something will come through.

Your angels will begin to give you signs. When I see blue light, I know that's Archangel Michael coming to protect me. Sometimes if I see green light, I know that is Archangel Raphael. These light images, these light episodes, they're real. They're real. [00:36:00] Don't underestimate the power of these light episodes.

And particularly in your deep meditation, you'll feel a greater connection to your angels because when you're meditating and you're praying, you're attuning your energy with the angelic realm. And in that energetic resonance of peace and stillness, calm connection, you start to vibrate at a frequency that is the match for your angels.

So, The prayers alone can reorganize and recalibrate your energy and guide you back into the frequency of love. And in that frequency and in that calibration, you have access to this endless stream of support. And I, I, if you're still listening or you're still watching, I don't know why we wouldn't want that.

It's available to you. Why wouldn't we say yes to it? All you have to do is pray. All you have to do is ask and you will receive. And when you ask, pay attention to the signs along the way, pay attention to the guidance along the way. These signs [00:37:00] will be revealed to you in ways that you could never possibly imagine.

And the angels really are there to be a bridge to guide your thoughts from fear back to the heavenly realm, back to love. guiding your thoughts from fear to love.
