Gabby Bernstein on a plane for her book tour | Travel hacksSuper Attractor comes out in 1 WEEK!!! I’m so excited for this book to be out in the world!

My book tour starts on the day the book is published, September 24th.

I’m getting ready for a lot of travel, so I want to share how I stay relaxed, inspired, healthy and energized when I’m flying.

My BEST spiritual and health hacks for traveling

Some of these travel hacks are kind of quirky, but they make my flights so much better.

1. Oil of oregano

I take oil of oregano before getting on the plane. It’s a natural antibiotic, so it kills off bacteria I might come into contact with. I like to add a few drops to a glass of water, and it also comes in capsule form. I swear by this! (As with any health advice, consult with your doctor first.)

2. Mantra music

When I first settle into my seat on the plane, I listen to “Aad Guray Nameh” by Jai-Jagdeesh. This is the Kundalini mantra for protection, and it always helps me to feel safe and calm. Press play below to listen to it:

I listen to mantra music all throughout my flight, too. Here’s one of my Spotify playlists:

3. Meditation

Instead of hooking up to Wi-Fi on my flights, I take the opportunity to unplug by meditating during takeoff. I practice Transcendental Meditation, which is a mantra-based meditation.

If you don’t practice TM, you can simply use Sat Nam, which is one of my favorite mantras. It means “truth identified.” Just sit comfortably with your eyes closed, silently repeating the mantra for 10 to 20 minutes. Afterward, rest for 1 to 2 minutes before opening your eyes.

4. Staying hydrated

I’m very big on staying hydrated and moisturized when I travel. I always moisturize my skin on planes, since the air is recycled and dry. And I add trace minerals to my water to amp up my hydration. I just add 2 or 3 drops to about 8 ounces of water to make sure I’m getting the full spectrum of minerals in my water.

5. Packing healthy snacks

I don’t do plane food and I like to eat light on flights so I don’t disrupt my digestion. Packing snacks ahead of time is key!! I’m a big fan of sugar-free trail mix. I just mix up whatever I have in my pantry (like nuts, dried goji berries and cacao nibs) and pack it in my carry-on.

6. EFT tapping

If I get uncomfortable on the plane, I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, aka tapping). I tap on the gamut point, which is on the back of either hand. It’s between your knuckles at the base of your ring finger and your pinky finger.

I’ll just tap on the gamut point while repeating “I am safe.” This is a technique you can use anytime you feel nervous or on edge.

You have been called to rise up | Travel hacksI’ll be relying on these travel tips when I start my book tour next week!

Have you gotten your ticket yet? They’re going fast, so don’t wait… especially if you’re attending in NYC or Connecticut! These events are happening next week, along with the livestream.

(Quick note: If you can’t attend the livestream on Sept. 24th, just register and you’ll get a replay that you can watch for 3 days afterward.)

I’m so psyched to fly around the country, share the Super Attractor methods with you and meet you in-person. 💜

I hope these tips help you when you’re traveling, and I hope to see you on my book tour.
