The Meditation Challenge offers a simple, structured daily practice that will get you excited about meditation and make it easy for you to do.

I’ve mastered meditation through my own deep desire to feel good. My meditation practice is the most important thing I do every day. It’s kept me calm, healthy and grateful no matter what I may be going through.

You might find meditation daunting or think it’s impossible to shut down your thoughts, or that you don’t have time to meditate. I’m going to bust those blocks now!

I’ve laid out the plan for you and I’ll guide you every step of the way. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve been meditating for years or are a complete beginner. All you have to do is show up.

And here’s my promise: By the end of this 21-day challenge, you’ll have a calm mind, a positive attitude, and the ability to attract what you desire.

Solutions are not found through pushing but through pausing. When we pause, we slow the momentum of our fear and logic. A pause offers us an opportunity to turn inward for answers rather than pushing and controlling. When we pause, ask, and listen, we are guided.

When meditation becomes your habit, your life will change forever. Studies have shown that meditation increases optimism, strengthens memory and focus, improves sleep and lowers blood pressure.

How It Works

21 Daily Lessons

Starting August 1, 2022, you’ll get a new meditation lesson from me every day. Each guided meditation, method and lesson will help you build a daily practice that fits easily into your life. On Day 21 join me LIVE for a guided meditation!

Different Types of Meditation

Throughout the 21 days, I’ll teach you a variety of meditation types, from mantra practices to walking meditations. You might be surprised by what you love most!
