hero image spiritual connection

I’ve spent the majority of my life communicating with Spirit through meditation, prayer and other forms of conscious contact with the spiritual realm.

It’s literally like being in a conversation with a friend.

But here’s the important part: You can’t expect to hear the guidance if you don’t open up the conversation.

So how do you start a conversation with Spirit?

It’s simple: You ask for guidance.

And how do you know you’re receiving that guidance?

You’ll feel grounded, inspired and loved. You may feel a shiver down your spine or a brush of energy move through your body.

Listen to today’s episode of Dear Gabby to learn how to connect to spirit and TRUST the guidance you receive.

The voice of Spirit has no agenda, no drama, no forcefulness—only a sense of ease.

Oftentimes the voice of Spirit we hear is very different from our own voice. It can feel like an ethereal being delivering a loving message. Other times it comes through as our own higher self—curious, compassionate and courageous.

The key is making a conscious choice to open up to spiritual guidance throughout your day, in whatever way resonates with you. It could be meditation, prayer, repeating affirmations, journaling, or moving your body in a way that feels good. What matters most is your willingness to tune in.

Just get into alignment and you will receive clear guidance.

Ask for guidance and expect clear direction!

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • How to begin to cultivate a stronger connection to spirit
  • How to distinguish between spirit and ego
  • How to open yourself up and tap into your vulnerability
  • How to begin to connect to spiritual guidance in order to manifest your desires
