I’ve mastered meditation through my own deep desire to feel good. My meditation practice is the most important thing I do every day. It’s kept me calm, healthy and grateful no matter what I may be going through.
You might find meditation daunting or think it’s impossible to shut down your thoughts, or that you don’t have time to meditate. I’m going to bust those blocks now!
I’ve laid out the plan for you and I’ll guide you every step of the way. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve been meditating for years or are a complete beginner. All you have to do is show up.
And here’s my promise: By the end of this 21-day challenge, you’ll have a calm mind, a positive attitude, and the ability to attract what you desire.
This Meditation Challenge will offer you a sense of sustainable calm throughout the day. You’ll no longer wake up with anxiety and you’ll trust that each day will unfold naturally. When you have a regular meditation practice you can meet obstacles with compassion and be open to creative solutions rather than fixate on problems.
Maybe you’re stressed about not using your time wisely, or you feel too busy (with kids, work, getting back into your busy routine) to even contemplate sitting still for a meditation. In this challenge, you’ll learn firsthand that a daily practice doesn’t have to be a chore. In fact, you’ll look forward to meditating each day and you’ll feel empowered to create a routine that works for you.
Maybe you’ve heard about the benefits of meditation for years, but every time you try it, it never seems to “work.” In this challenge I’ll explain clearly the benefits of each type of meditation practice—and you’ll learn that whatever experience you have is exactly what you need.
Solutions are not found through pushing but through pausing. When we pause, we slow the momentum of our fear and logic. A pause offers us an opportunity to turn inward for answers rather than pushing and controlling. When we pause, ask, and listen, we are guided.
