This mini course is adapted from my digital course called The Judgment Detox Digital Course. As you go through the mini course, you will experience a bit of what this full online course has to offer!
Our first lesson in the mini course is all about honoring the wounds that live beneath our judgments.
This lesson includes one of the most profound healing methods I’ve ever come across. I’ve witnessed it help people release trauma, recover from addiction, end negative patterns and totally transform their lives.
Here’s the breakdown of Lesson 1…
The method I teach in Lesson 1 is called Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT. It’s also known as tapping. EFT is an amazing and simple technique that heals emotional pain and helps you feel better fast.
In Lesson 1 I’ll guide you through a session of EFT where we tap on judgment.
Underneath every judgment we make, whether we’re judging another person or ourselves, there is a core wound. This core wound is a negative experience from our past that really stuck with us.
We have to honor these wounds. If we ignore them, they’ll just keep coming up over and over again.
The great news is that honoring our wounds with EFT isn’t hard work. In fact, it feels really good!
If you’ve never tried EFT before, get psyched! This technique is very easy and helps you feel better right away.
In Step 2 of Judgment Detox and The Judgment Detox Digital Course, you will get a full breakdown of EFT and additional tapping scripts to follow. For now, let’s keep it simple.
When you practice EFT, you tap on different energy points on your upper body while talking about the problem you want to solve.
In this video you will choose a person you have been judging and tap to relieve that judgment. This person can be someone you know personally, someone you don’t know, or even yourself.
All you have to do is find a quiet place to watch this video and follow my guidance.
Note: In the video I ask you to jot something down in your Judgment Detox Journal. If you don’t have the journal yet, you can just write it down on a piece of paper.
