  1. I totally feel you on wanting time to expand! I have been slacking completely on my spiritual practice and been feeling really down about myself. You really help put things in perspective Gabby. Thank you for that.

  2. So perfect! I was feeling a bit overwhelmed this morning and thought “I need more time.” Then I remembered a comment you made in one of your lectures about following spirit and time will expand. Then I realized I was going about it the wrong way with my first thought. Then I come to your site for some morning inspiration and find this! <3 Thank you!

  3. What a great reminder for each day. We are all so busy trying to manage our lives and yet all we have to do is turn inward for all that we need. Great message! You are such a great speaker and I so enjoy these vlogs. When I’m down, I listen to several of them throughout my day and it always makes a difference! Thank you!!!!

  4. Thanks for this reminder that when we are in the flow of life, time is never a factor. So often I get caught up in my own head, and the thought that there isn’t enough time that it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. I would rather my prophecy be that time is not liner and never ending, therefore creating the room for all things to be accomplished. Also not important to think I know ‘how” it will happen, but rather trust that in the place beyond space and time, life will find a way to create it all. Thanks for reminding me of this!

  5. Once again your topic is so on point. My sister’s quotation under her yearbook photo circa 1979 comes to mind: “The time to be happy is now.”
Thanks Gabby for bringing this memory to mind!

  6. Truth! What do I do?

Whenever I feel the speed or pace of my projects pick up, and everything seems suddenly overwhelming, I take one minute. Just one minute. In that minute I clear absolutely every feeling of anxiety off my plate and I repeat the mantra “I have all the time in the world,” and breath into that feeling of time expanding. After one minute I feel calmer, and I think ‘ah, what’s one more minute… I think I have time for this’ and I repeat “I have all the time in the world.” One minute leads to another minute, which leads to another minute, and suddenly I’ve had a fantastic afternoon mediation! It brings relaxation and joy back into what I do best, and I can pick up on my mega to-do list as if it’s the most natural thing in the world.

Great vid on this topic. Thanks Gabby!!

  7. It is remarkable to me how many times you just nail it! So many of your vlog’s feel like you created them just for ME! Love your candour and brave essence – sharing your process and mediational tools with such compassion – you remind us all to dig deep to connect with our inner strength and resolve and importantly, to believe we are the solution (if we just stop beating ourselves up:) love you.

  8. Hi Gabby,

thanks for this… got a lot on my plate right now and need these reminders. I’m a long time ACIM student , but it amazes me how often I need to be reminded that the HS is in charge if I let it be. Also just entering online dating, surely the egos play ground.. lots of forgiveness practice there! thanks again see you in cyber space, Tina

  9. What perfect timing to put this video up. I was happy you made a point to talk about this at your lecture on Friday night… so happy that I used it yesterday. Instead of doing things my way, I let myself be guided and I had so much more FUN getting everything done! At the end of the day, there was even time to relax and reward myself for a good day’s work. I really appreciate you for posting on this topic today! Have a blessed day.

  10. Another fab vlog Gabby! I always say that if you don’t have time to meditate then you are basically saying that you don’t matter…so true.
I make sure that my grounded self-care practice is my top priority ~ that’s why I teach meditation <3

  11. Always love your Vlogs Gabby and love to share them on my facebook page too. Your Vlog really spoke to me today as I have been practicing this lately. I can easily overwhelm myself with thinking I don’t have enough time to do things and throw myself in a bit of a fit of panic. But lately I have been saying to myself. You can do it, you have enough time and things will all work out for the better….TRUST!! And, I have to say…It works. It’s quite miracalous 🙂 Expect miracles. (You have taught me that also xx) Love Chez

  12. So true! I often feel that when we don’t think we have enough time, we simply can’t settle into the moment we’re in. When we trust that we have all the time we need, to do all the things we want to do, we can enjoy every bit of where we are. And that’s the miracle. Thanks, Gabby! Have a great week! Jennifer

  13. Beautiful vlog, Gabby! Fit’s perfectly today for me today. 🙂 “Try not to shape this day as you believe would benefit you most. For you cannot conceive of all the happiness that comes to you without your planning.” ~ A Course in Miracles. Sending all my Love soul sister!

  14. LOVE this Gab thank you.
We are always looking at others or outside ourselves to place the blame for lack of time, only WE can expand the time WE have for our spiritual practice or anything else for that matter. xox

  15. This was really great! It was so interesting for me since I am currently reading “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle. In his book he says that “time” does not really exist. The “now” is all that ever really is. Though Gabby used the word “time,” since more people can identify with that, I found that was she was really saying was to take a moment and ask our ~ing, “what do I need to do now, in this moment?” Our minds get so wrapped up in what we need to do later, tomorrow, next week etc. that we have a hard time being in the now. When you are able to pull yourself back to the ‘now’ it all becomes so clear. Thanks for this!

  16. Bless you, bless you. . .my ing guides me to the right inspiration at the right time. . .i needed to go inward this morning and be guided through my day…and sometimes I need a reminder. . great vlog . . .thank you, bless you!

  17. Great solution to an issue I’ve been dealing with for months, Gabby! I am so sick of the stress and overwhelm, but you are exactly right; I need to go inward to expand time and be guided on how to accomplish all that I am meant to do.

  18. I feel overwhelmed ALOT of the time and wonder how I will be able to hold up through all of the activities of my children, husband and my own. Thank you!!! This will help me so much!!

  19. So excited by this post and the overall conversation of turning to our inner gps to make a way where there “seemingly” is none. Can’t wait to share this article with my readers at!! So right on! Love it!
