In my lectures I often get asked about how I start my day off on the right foot. In this video I share my morning prayers and the Kundalini kriya that lifts my spirit and my butt!

    Just want to express my gratitude for sharing this! I now start my day detached from my ego and feel so much more open to receiving whatever the universe, God, wills for me. Often times, when I drag myself out of bed, it is a challenge to make my 1st thought of the day a positive one.The prayer you say is beautiful and that is something I want to do now!   13. This was just what I needed. I’ve been working to create a morning routine. For the past two weeks I’ve focused on meditating for just five minutes when I wake up as a positive way to start my day; this will be a great addition!

  16. Hey, Gabby, I am a reverent follower of your teaching and the style in which you present new ideas to us less informed students of Miracles. I hear Wayne talk of Kundalini, as a tool in his spiritual practice.
    Is there a modified technique for those that may be a bit physically challenged?

    1. Hi Karena,
      I will be sharing a ton of different kriya’s in my videos. Many of them are seated and involve arm movement. If a seated position is more comfortable for you then you’re in luck! Hang tight for more:) xoxo
