About The Resilient Path

We all experience trying times. Why is it that some people can remain calm in the face of major challenges, while others seem to fall apart?

People who can keep their cool have what psychologists call resilience, or an ability to cope with problems and setbacks.

Resilience allows us find the joy in the life, manage stress, and see problems as opportunities for growth. It’s a skill we can learn, cultivate and nurture, until it becomes part of our nature.

As we build our resilience, we’ll experience:

      • Improved learning
      • Better health
      • Less stress
      • More joy in all situations
      • A happier life!

This event is part of Eileen Fisher’s Women Together series. Join in-person or via Livestream!
