I’d like to begin by letting you all know that I’m deeply committed to supporting you all mentally and spiritually during this time. I will continue to regularly give you tools for self-regulation and anxiety relief.

We’re all in this together. The more we can stay centered, the more we can support our loved ones, our community and our overall well-being. Our spiritual practice is more important now than ever. This is an opportunity to surrender to your own faith and recognize where your true power lies.

Right now we’re living in an anxious time. If you feel anxiety, fear and a sense of powerlessness around the coronavirus (aka COVID—19) pandemic, this post is for you.

Below I share 7 spiritual tools to help you positively manage your coronavirus anxiety. And I’ll continue to update this post with more resources. You can also check out my post about how to show up as a spiritual activist right now.

Recently I went live on Facebook and Instagram to share the tips I’m personally using to stay calm amidst the chaos. You can watch the video below or keep reading for a breakdown. There’s also a new meditation for anxiety relief in a second video below (tip #3).

Spiritual Tools to Relieve Anxiety

The tools I’m sharing in this post are ones that you can bring into your day-to-day life to alleviate anxiety and feel better no matter what’s going on.

So here’s the breakdown…

1. The Choose Again Method

As soon as I choose to see the light in the dark corners, I redirect my power toward what I wantFirst things first, I want to give you a method I’ve been practicing for a really long time now. This is the Choose Again Method from my book Super Attractor, and we’re going to apply it to coronavirus anxiety.

This method has three steps:

  1. Notice the fearful thought
  2. Forgive the thought
  3. Proactively choose a better-feeling thought

Notice the thought

So the first step is to witness your fearful thoughts getting out of control. In any moment we can notice that that coronavirus story is on loop in our minds. We’re feeling pressure and uncertainty and fear. Just be gentle with yourself about having the thought: “Okay, there it is. Of course I’m having it.”

Let yourself be really present with the thought, and identify where you feel it in your body. When we have a fear-based thought, there’s also a physical response to it, so we want to make sure we don’t neglect our body on our journey of getting back to a place of ease. For me, I feel it in my chest and my jaw, and I just feel an overall sense of tension.

Give yourself a chance to notice where you feel the anxiety, uncertainty, fear in your body. Then take a deep breath. Breathe into that space in your body. Honor the feeling, honor the thought. That’s the first step.

Forgive the thought

The second step is to forgive yourself for getting caught in the thought — and forgive the thought altogether.

You may be thinking, “Why do I need to forgive myself for having a thought about something that’s real?”

We want to forgive ourselves for getting hooked into the obsessive ideas, panic and catastrophizing. (For example, maybe we’re completely healthy, but we’re constantly thinking about being unwell.) So just forgive yourself for going there. You can simply say, “I forgive this thought.”

Forgive the fear-based thought.

Abraham-Hicks say a belief is just a thought you keep thinking. If you have a thought on repeat and you’re repeating it over and over again, then you’ll start to believe that thought is your reality — that it’s who you are. Yes, there is a pandemic going on and it is our reality. But you can choose how you choose to perceive your situation. You can choose the how of your experience.

We can release our thoughts by forgiving them.

Choose again

The third step is to choose again. This is a very powerful technique of lifting yourself out of that hole of that fear-based thought. Maybe the thought is something like:

  • “I’m going to get the coronavirus and I’m terrified.”
  • “I’m scared because somebody was coughing.”
  • “I can’t sleep because of these stories.”

Whatever the thought is, once you’ve witnessed it and forgiven it, you then want to reach for the next best-feeling thought. The best-feeling thought, in this case, can be something very simple, like:

  • “I’m healthy right now.”
  • “I’m taking proper precautions.”
  • “I have what I need in this moment.”

One by one, reach for the thoughts that make you feel better. Whatever it is that helps you to feel good, keep reaching for those thoughts and guide yourself out of the chaotic state.

If we keep perpetuating the fear-based story, what happens is that it builds up a lot of momentum. And frankly, it already has. It’s already built up a tremendous amount of momentum, and that momentum is just going to get stronger.

As people on a spiritual path, we have the ability to change it. We can undo the negative momentum and start to create momentum into a higher-vibration energetic state that feels better. We want to be seeking solutions rather than creating more momentum around problems. Let’s continue to bring positive energy to this issue.

2. Be conscious of your sleep hygiene

Coronavirus anxiety will affect your sleep if you’re not very conscious of your sleep hygiene. I’m working on a blog post right now all about sleep hygiene, but let me give you the No. 1 tool that you can apply tonight.

If possible, turn off your phone, your computer and your TV around 7 p.m. I don’t care what time you go to sleep, turn it off at 7, or at the very least turn off all notifications. That way, if you’re going to watch a show or something, you don’t see any popups of news headlines, texts, social media posts, etc.

Clear your mind before you rest, because the momentum of that fear-based story is perpetuated while we’re sleeping. It’ll make it hard for you to fall asleep, it’ll wake you up throughout the night and it’ll affect your energy the next morning.

Clear your mind before you sleep so you can rest and let go.

We want sleep to be a time when we can rest, restore, let go and feel the peace that we may not be able to feel throughout the day because we’re hit with all this coronavirus anxiety.

If you can’t follow this tip for whatever reason, at least turn off all your electronics 30 minutes or an hour before you go to sleep. Put your phone in another room and set an alarm clock instead.

If you’re anxious before bed, do some journaling before you go to sleep. Just get out whatever you’re feeling so you can move it through it and then fall asleep more easily.

(You can also read up on my spiritual tips for better sleep.)

3. Meditate to relieve coronavirus anxiety

As much as I’ve been practicing all my spiritual tools, I still feel pangs of coronavirus anxiety. Throughout the day I’ve been turning to this meditation to relieve my anxiety, which I teach to you in the video below.

You can also keep reading for a breakdown.

This meditation is for clearing and protecting. It’s a fantastic visualization meditation that helps us feel safe and well, regulating and calming our nervous system so we don’t panic.

When we shift our energy with this practice, we don’t just help ourselves — we also have a ripple effect. As we raise our vibration, we positively affect everyone around us.

(If you’re totally new to meditation, you can also check out my Beginner’s Guide to Meditation.)

Breakdown of the meditation for anxiety relief

Sit comfortably.

Place your right hand over your heart and your left hand on your belly.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in. Feel your diaphragm and your heart expand.

On the exhale, let your diaphragm contract and relax.

Inhale, breathing into the part of your body where your anxiety lives. Don’t judge it or question that feeling. Just be present with it.

On the exhale, release.

Continue this breath cycle. Allow the anxiety to slowly dissipate as you breathe.

In your mind’s eye, envision yourself standing, sitting or lying down underneath a waterfall of light. Each golden drop of light cleanses you mentally, physically and psychically.

You smile as this waterfall of light pours over you, from the top of your crown down your face, your neck, your chest and your upper back, down to your stomach and lower back, to your hips and pelvis, down your legs, down to your feet and toes.

Inhale and breathe in that light.

On the exhale, see it flowing down through your body.

With each breath and each exhale, you allow the cleansing light to pour through your body and clear your energetic field.

This is the greatest contribution you can bring to your own well-being as well as to the world. This is where your true power lies when you feel powerless — your capacity to relieve yourself of feelings of anxiety, stress, fear.

Continue this cycle of breath, envisioning this cleansing light pouring through you.

Center into any sense of relief, even if it’s slight.

See the light begin to expand outward from your heart. It’s becoming a golden shield of light protecting your whole body.

With each inhale and exhale, the golden light shield becomes bigger and stronger.

This is a shield of protection and safety that also supports everyone who comes into contact with you.

Breathe in, feeling the shield of protection around you.

Exhale and release.

Breathe in… and release.

Breathe in… and release.

Open your eyes, keeping your hands on your heart and your belly. Continue your cycle of breath.

Breathe into the new vibration that you’re in. Even if there is still some lingering discomfort, trust in your protective shield.

Commit to taking this new energy with you wherever you go. And commit that anytime you feel misaligned, you will return to this practice.

May we be healthy.
May we be happy.
May we be protected.
May we feel safe.
May we feel guided.
May we seek solutions rather than problems.

We can always turn inward for safety, serenity, health and well-being. The more we tune in, the more we’re a force for positivity and love on those all around us.

Close your practice by shaking out your hands. Feel that new energy around you and feel supported.

If you feel called to share, leave a comment on this post and let me know how you feel after this meditation.

You can also practice my video of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for anxiety.

4. Be mindful in your conversations

When we feel unsafe, we want to talk about it because we don’t know what to do about it. As a result, right now there are a lot of conversations centering on coronavirus anxiety.

The best thing to do is to use the Choose Again Method in your conversations. For example, in the midst of a conversation you shift the focus to something positive that’s happening here and now.

Use the Choose Again Method in your conversations.

Or you can just say, “You know what, I really don’t want to get too heavily into this right now because I’m working on some projects and I want to focus with a clear mind.” Or, “I don’t want to go too far down this road because I want to go to sleep in a couple of hours. Can we just pause this conversation for a moment?”

Remember that you can be kind and loving while also setting the boundaries you need in order to protect your energy.

Finally, be mindful of media. Stay aware and pay attention to what’s going on, but manage your news intake — because it’s pretty much the same reporting over and over again. And all that’s doing is just imprinting that coronavirus anxiety deeper into your mind.

5. Say the Serenity Prayer

This is a situation in which we’re relatively powerless. We have control over our immediate circumstances, but it’s important to accept that we cannot control everything right now. For this there is a beautiful prayer called the Serenity Prayer, which is regularly used in 12-step programs:

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Write that down. I’ve been relying on this prayer more than ever right now because the feeling of being out of control is probably the most triggering for us right now.

You may be thinking, “No, the biggest trigger is that I’m afraid of getting the coronavirus.” In fact, the most triggering thing is the feeling of being out of control. Take this opportunity to practice acceptance and reframe your thoughts.  We can’t control everything that happens around us. What we can control is our experience of our experiences.

6. Tap on the gamut point

I published this blog post on Friday morning (March 13th) and a little bit later I went live again to share another tool. I’m committed to going live daily right now to offer more support, guidance and anxiety-calming tools during this crisis. So you can check my Facebook or Instagram pages regularly if you want more videos like these.

Watch below for the sixth spiritual tool, or keep reading for the breakdown.

On the back of your hand, between the ring finger and the pinky finger, there’s a spot known as the gamut point in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I also call this the “holy sh*t point.” When you tap on this point, you regulate your vagus nerve, thereby regulating your whole nervous system.

You can repeatedly tap the gamut point as you repeat, “I am safe.” Just repeat it and breathe. You can close your eyes if you want. Relax your jaw, your shoulders, wherever you’re holding tension.

Continue to tap the gamut point and repeat the affirmation “I am safe.” Pay attention to how you feel as you practice tapping. Feel your anxiety lower and settle into your new vibration. In these times we have a beautiful opportunity to witness our spiritual practices working in the moment.

7. Cut the energetic cord

Follow along with me below to practice a cord-cutting meditation. You can cut your energetic cord with another person (including someone you don’t know, like a politician or a news anchor) or with a negative story.

Take responsibility for your thoughts

My true safety lies in my capacity to align with the love of the UniverseThese spiritual tips I’ve shared here are simple practices for changing the way you experience your experiences. You can decide, “I’m going to let this be an opportunity to practice the power of positive thinking. This is an opportunity to strengthen my spiritual faith and trust the voice of my Higher Self.”

We have to take responsibility for our thoughts because we actually have a very big impact on everything that’s happening around us. You’re reading this right now because there’s a part of you that believes you have the power to change your circumstances through your thoughts, beliefs and energy. Take that seriously and be part of the solution during this time of coronavirus anxiety.

Trust that you have the opportunity right now to change the energy. You can shift the energy in your household and your community. When you take precautions, take them with faith and positive intention. You do this by saying things like, “I’m washing my hands right now and that’s keeping me healthy and safe.”

It’s very different to wash your hands with that energy than to wash your hands from a place of, “I’m washing my hands because I’m terrified.” There’s a very different energy around it.

When you’re in a great energy of positivity and safety, it will help you not to get hooked into that fear spiral. Fear creates stress. Stress creates inflammation. Inflammation creates a compromised immune system and it makes us more susceptible. So let’s not let fear take over. Let’s stay in the solution, not the problem. Be very proud of yourself right now because you’re ready to feel better.

I feel a big responsibility to show up and support you right now as we move through this crisis as a global community. I hope these tools serve you. Bring one or all of them into your daily life right now. Take a deep breath. Smile. We are good in this moment.

  1. Gabby, thank you so much for your teaching and for putting this out there to the world.
I would like to pass along your ‘choose again’ method in a newsletter to my students (I’m a yoga and meditation teacher in Barcelona, Spain, where we’re on lockdown for two weeks). Would that be ok as long as I give you full credit? I feel like a lot of them need this right now and I want to give credit where it’s due!

    1. Wonderful that this method is serving you, Betsey. It is okay to share the Choose Again method in your newsletter as long as you credit me. Keep shining your bright light! xoxo

  2. So awesome. When I did it the first time you posted it helped so much…..I was able to share smiles and have wonderful day to people …being in a very small community helps but there is still fear
The news folks needcfo also focus on the millions that aren’t affected. Instead of spilling out the news the saying but dont hoard…
Thanks for sharing your light… love and hugs

  3. You are a blessing to us all, Gabby!! I have been trying to help my husband to not obsess about this, it makes me anxious and he thinks he must know all answers, when they are no definite answers. He says I don’t care!! What can I do, I cannot make this the focus of my life. I will try to embrace your wise words and maybe it will keep me calm enough to ignore his “panic”.
Thank you so much for reaching out to us, I believe in Positive energy, and the Power of our thoughts that we put out to the universe. I wish more people did!!

  4. hi Gaby,

I love your books and this meditation really helped me.

I started to smile and laugh. I felt blessed. When I see a wall full of lights it makes me feel so good. thank you for this article, thank you very much.

    with all my love,

    Manon

  5. Golly, this was timely! I saw it just yesterday and this morning, I’m pounding on that point, saying, “I’m safe!” through my first earthquake! Wonderful way to work through intense fear, but let’s not do that again, ok?!

  6. I really appreciate this guide. Not only I’m I in the last month of my first pregnancy, all this other uncertainty can make a girl a bit on edge. This is exactly what I needed right now. Thanks, Gabby!

  7. Hi Gabby thank you so much for this positive approach to dealing with Coronavirus. It really helps to have some direction and i am practicing what you say – limiting my intake of daily news, being appreciate of my health now, and using one of your mantras – i will be given what i am asking for or something better. I am already used to feeling out of control to an illness because of my current immune disorder and this is an opportunity for the universe not only to protect me (and the wider me – those i love etc) but to grant me healing for my current illness. I am not afraid now as such whereas a week ago i wss feeling hysterical! I am sure we will be looked after.

      1. Actually can I run something by you Gabby and you can tell me if you think I am doing the right thing. I’m not a nurse but I work with discharge nurses in a hospital and I have asked if I can work from home (which i can do with my job) but there is a head nurse who is not at all sympathetic with this. I was in a fire some years ago and I have weak lungs and have to sleep sitting up. I also have an immune disorder for which I was prescribed immunosuppressants but I refused to take them because they are so dangerous and I prefer to use diet and meditation to control my symptoms of chronic food allergies and hair loss. I never complain about my condition and I always try to keep upbeat. I feel very let down and bullied by this head nurse who is just a bit power crazy and wants all her team together – even though I am admin. My only alternative is to agree to take the immunosuppressants so I will be exempt from going into work. Our government is pleading with people to work from home and I have very rarely in my life taken any time off from work – only two days after the fire, only two days after breaking my cheek bone in a car accident and only a couple of days for my immune system (this is over a few years). You may know that these drugs are particularly strong and can cause cancer. I feel so frightened for my lung condition (I always have a sense of liquid at the back of my throat) that I simply can’t continue to work in a place where I feel so unsupported and where my health is in more danger of Covid. The head nurse has accused me to trying to let down my colleagues – which is a lie. Can you tell me in your wisdom if you think my taking the immunosuppressants will help me if I pray and take them? I know that’s a difficult question. Am I doing the right thing? Thanks so much. Ann

        1. Hi Ann,
This is a question that requires medical expertise so I encourage you to consult with your doctor.
In the meantime, I hope the tools and practices that I share in this blog post are helpful to you.
          xoxo

          1. Thank you Gabby and for your unwaivering support during this crucial time. I received some guidance, using your practices, and i have been signed off work by my doctor for stress and anxiety relating to working in a Covid hospital with impaired lungs (i don’t have to take immunosuppressants). I am grateful for this guidance and i think it will sustain me so i will eventually be able to work from home during this crisis, but with a completely different department with good appreciative people. I am manifesting and surrendering and this practice came to me as soon as i sent you my previous message. I hope you and your family and many followers stay safe xx Thank you. Ann

  8. Wow. Thankyou so much Gabby. I have done your meditation twice and it really has lifted and shifted me out from feeling scared stiff and ill to positive and energised and present. I am going to do a few yoga stretches now my energy is flowing again. This is a real gift. Thankyou for taking the time to write such a great post. I work in a special school in the uk with lots of vulnerable young people currently still open. I too worry I will unknowingly pass on something to them. But with this positive force field behind me and I can transmit all this love and healthy vibrant energy . ♥️

  9. Thank you so very much Gabby for these meditations! I am in the medical field and I am oncall on the weekends for several hospitals in the Seattle area and during the week I see patients in my office. My biggest concern is unknowingly passing something onto someone. I live alone and I self quarantine when I am not working. Your meditations have lessened my anxiety so much. I will use this everyday.
Thank you. You are doing great work. Love you.
    Kris

    1. Kris, I want to honor you for the work that you are doing. I’m praying for you and sending you positive vibes. I’m so grateful that these practices are serving you. xoxo

  10. Hi Gaby!
Thank you so much for your presence, especially now.

My favorite bedside book is your book Miracles now. Since the begining off the pandemia I’ve been reading again your book. So, watching and listening your video and meditations are an extra warm hug for my spirit and my moral health.
    With great appreciation and love.

  11. Do you have any suggestions for anxiety about having your whole income stopped. I’m a professional clown and %100 percent of my income has been cancelled for the next month….If it goes longer than a month, I’ll be in dire straights. That’s what I’m trying not to be worried about. Using all the tools in my toolbelt and still having panic creep in….

    :O)

  12. Thank you Gabby for the support and spiritually the way you show up for those that are inspired and empowered by you.

  13. These tips are amazing thank you so much for posting this Gabby! I was aware of EFT but had never heard of the Gamut Point before this is such a simple and helpful technique. Wishing you all the best and sending love from the UK!

  23. I needed this. I work at a university and am part of the emergency response for coronavirus which is causing me to have no respite from the intensity of this pandemic. It’s 24/7 from work at work to work on it after hours and at home and then seeing it everywhere in the news and social media and wanting to be informed. Thank you for knowing what the community needs and providing. Thank you for being in my inbox just when I need you most. ✨✨

    1. Thank you, Gabby. I’ve been terrified & ruminating all day about the possibility of being trapped away from my family (a domestic travel ban would keep me from getting back to my husband) & I’m scared about what this might mean for our economic future. Then I thought of you & I knew you’d have sage advice. Thank you!

      1. So grateful that you ended up here, Jennifer, and that these practices resonate with you! Praying for you to get home to your family. Xoxo

  25. Thank you Gabby, you are the light for the world – here in Australia, the angst is building, building, building around the virus and this guided meditation helped me to calm, release and accept. Bless you 🙂

  26. Thank you Gabby for taking your time, energy and love and uplifting all of us. We are a strong, dynamic group here, and if we stick together, helping each other with the positive thoughts and messages, we can get through all this. “This too shall pass”. Be strong fellow spirit junkies – you got this and Gabby’s a blessing for all of us. Love to you. xo

  27. Thank you so much! As a nurse, many feel like they can come to me and I ultimately get “dumped” on. It’s a lot! I’ve had to ask people to PLEASE stop sharing information that has not been researched or not include me in text chains.
To make matters worse, I’m finally all set up with my computer to work from hind and our supervisor is coming at us like a dart with demands. Going to meditate, deep breathe, meditate some more and then respond. I’m really looking forward to turning my phone off at 7pm!

    1. I deeply honor you, Miki! I’m grateful that these practices are serving you. Sending you light and positive vibes. xoxo

We’ll cross that bridge when we get to it
We’ll do what needs to be done so on and so on.
But now I’m really feeling it cave in on me I just want to cry.
So I’m going to do the work and get back on track.

  31. Gabby, this will help me oh so much. Thank you for all that you do for us. I always turn to this community during hard times. I work at a hospital in LA and in the Security department … so you can only imagine how much I needed to read this and come back into this community. ❤️

    1. So grateful that these practices are serving you. May you continue to feel supported during this time. Sending you lots of light and positive vibes. xoxo

  32. Thank you Gabby, your are such an inspiration to be worrying about you and your family, and passing on information to calm our minds. I added this to my home screen so I can read it every time I see a new update, something else is closing or just when Ari asks me questions. This is a big help. Love, light and heath to you and you family. ❤️

    1. I’m grateful these practices are serving you, Jean. Sending you and your family much love and light as well. xoxo

  33. Thank you so much, Gabby. This is so helpful! I am sharing this with my friends and family. It is so important to recognize that choosing a positive mindset is the most important thing that we can do during this crisis. We can choose to control our emotions, thoughts, and behavior to lead the way to put more positive energy into the world instead of perpetuating fear and anxiety. So grateful. Stay safe and healthy.
    Susanne

    1. So true, Susanne. Love that these practices are serving you and that you’ll be sharing them with your friends and family. Sending you big love. xoxo

  34. Dearest Gabby, Thank you! For the last two weeks I have being dealing with this “virus” that is more deadly than the Corona Virus…..it is the deadly virus of FEAR! I am not alone, we all have caught this more deadly virus in various degrees. Your books, our MM have been so wonderful. Each new wave of fear I have been choosing again and praying to stay open to guidance. And the guidance just keeps flowing in! Last evening in ~ing writing it was as if two gentle hands took me by the shoulders and the word ” enough” kept repeating! Then, “You will cut back on all media input. NO FB, no blogs unless you are guided. Delete e-mail unless you feel permission to open it or it is from family or close friends. ” My responce to ~ing writing is always to write OKG : meaning “OkayGod” So as I just looked at my email for the only time for today, there was your message and this abundance of blessings and tools. Thank you again! May a lovely cloud of positive energy surround you, your team, you husband and that precious little one! Namaste.

    1. Hi Elsie. I’m so glad to hear that the Miracle Membership, books, and practices are serving you. May you continue to feel guided and supported. xoxo

  35. Thank you so much Gabby! This is all so beautiful. I loved the point that you mentioned in passing: ‘that this is all an opportunity.’ A beautiful opportunity to practice and to deepen our spiritual practices. To practice trusting, to practice grounding ourselves in the certainty and safety of this moment, and to practice letting go to a Loving Higher Power.

  36. Thank you Gabby! I’m inspired by your guidance and support during this time (and always). I’ll be sharing these tips with my clients and community! Love.

    1. Wonderful, Christine. So grateful that you’ll be sharing these practices with your community. Keep shining your bright light. xo

  37. You are such a blessing right now. I woke up this morning and felt a voice saying, “It’s going to be okay.” And I could hear and feel an outtake of breath which was not mine. It was the kind of breathing we do when we are greatly relieved. I feel it is a sign of what’s to come and where I need to focus—which is on the positive after weeks of worry. I feel that the world is finally coming together to heal. It’s way past time for this. I love your books and your cards and they’ve been a thing of beauty these days. I meditate and do yoga every day which helps but I just did the tapping method you show and it’s amazing. My vagus nerve is strained from auto-immune disorders from food (still healing) and my nervous system is suffering from this stress. This tapping has already alleviated much of that stress and it’s like arms have come around me to comfort and protect. Thank you so much. I will be using this often and every day. Thank you. You are a gift. ❤️

    1. You’re welcome, Tamara. Glad that the books, cards, and practices are serving you. Sending you healing vibes. xoxo

  38. Gabby, this is perfect and thorough. I am a mind body medicine LSCW and I’m just going to send this to my clients. Thank you for your continued hard and loving work. Namaste.

    1. Wonderful, Jennifer. Love that you’ll be sharing these practices with your clients. Keep shining your bright light. xo

  39. Thank you. Gabby! Love and light to you darling!
I sent your mantra from Sunday to my mailing list of coach/intuitive clients. I will be sending these to them one by one. Thank you as I set the intention with clients in email to focus love on instead of fear etc.: healing meditation for creating solutions! Thank you, thank you! That I could read your ‘tools’ so helpful. Jacqueline (northshore New Orleans)

    1. You’re welcome, Jax. Wonderful that these practices are serving you and that you’ll be sharing them with your clients. Keep shining your bright light. xoxo

  40. Hi Gabby I am 4th generation mMedium and Spiritual teacher with Decades of experience I also feel this will be fast moving . The intention is to bring Humanity together . To realize and recognize how much we are all interconnected worldly . This is a time when doctors more than ever before worldwide will join forces and set up connections for not only this but other ways to bring cures in the future. Locally it’s a way for our government to realize and find new ways to be proactive and prepared for events in the future should they arise. . The affirmations I’ve been using our “every person is a link to my good” . “And everything is where I want and what I need . (“This validation came through this morning at the grocery store when they were out of chicken and all of the sudden the head of the supermarket meat department comes out walks over to me and said what are you looking for I said chicken he said there’s one over there . And there it was exactly what I needed to last me a couple of days in fact there were two . )On a spiritual note I have seen so much beautiful soft baby pink light surrounding all of us and going from pink to Green for healing . I’ve also use the affirmation this doesn’t belong to me . Along was doing the grounded suggestions by government . Putting on quote your suit of armor before you go out spiritually also reminds our body Mind and Spirit that we are very protected . I have felt tremendous support from the Spirit world !they are so invested in us and our well-being this is something we really need to take in that we are not going through this alone that the higher dimensions Angels loved ones Masters are truly walking with us through this time and they are close by thank you Gabby for your beautiful meditation and posting and sharing your teaching and love it’s a blessing for me to be able to relax and just enjoy someone else teaching it lthank you for this respite of Love kindness and compassion that you offer blessings to you and your family Leslie Irene Kane

    1. You’re welcome, Leslie. So grateful that the meditation resonates with you. Sending you and your family many blessings as well. xoxo

  41. We are good no matter what happens we just have to continue to live from and stay connected to our heart. The paradigm of community shifts for the moment but the strength of community helps people feel connected. The capacity of the heart and connection has the strength to get through more than we can imagine … no room for my head to get in the way!

  42. Hey Gabby….I’ve posted a few times.

You outdid yourself, here. This, in conjunction with your other posts, is the “Gabby” we know at her best.

I’m in the financial markets….”All-in”….37 years as an investment advisor/stockbroker. Picture a 30% decline in everyone’s portfolio during the last 2 1/2 weeks alone.

    “Anxiety-F-in City”.

    For everyone.

This post will help all for the uncertainty that awaits. We lost a lady in our wedding party to the flu earlier this year at the Cleveland Clinic, no less. But, that in no way, shape, or form minimizes what we face here. Your post, as well as calm perspective, will help all get through this!

    Sincere thanks!! Dan!

    1. So grateful that these practices are resonating with you, Dan. Sending you lots of light and positive vibes during this time. xoxo

  43. Thank you so much for this beautiful read! It came at the right time and has helped me to get grounded during this time!

  44. Love your ideas. I know them..and grateful to be reminded. I’m noticing I need reminders and support right now. And Divine Love is hard at work and all is well! Every cell in my body is filled with healing Light! Blessings to us all!

  45. Thank you for sharing this. I’ve been having difficulty utilizing my calming techniques; knowing that our thoughts create reality is just causing me more anxiety as I can’t get my mind off of these scary thoughts. I am so grateful that you have given us an Action Plan.

  46. I have just forwarded this to my whole family. Thank you for readjusting the tools for this current crisis. Much love.

    1. You’re welcome, Kathy. Awesome that you are sharing these practices with your family. Keep shining your bright light. xoxo

  47. Thank you so much !!! Really appreciate your tools and love. I am living in Spain (Valencià) it is very stressful. We are very lucky to have brave doctors and nurses , police and national guards and all types of helpers to assist us who are at home – trying to stay positive and healthy! Cheers to better times ahead☀️

  48. THANK YOU SO MUCH GABBY FOR PUTTING ALL THESE RICHES INTO ONE CONCISE PLACE TO GO TO….

for me, the isolation in NYC that is barely allowing us to shop is even a resource for human connection though so many scream how dare you! but in TIMES today even food shop spoke of the abundance of supplies and that shopping does give you a little control on your life. My point is one wants the human connection but yet find many humans are so wrapped in fear, and this is not judgment it is just the affect it can have on another soul and that being alone with your own soul which you work on to keep good thoughts is a better place to be, so I thank you so for all these tools as always your generosity is such a gift. I personally find it ironic more people now in my building working from home the more fear I feel because people not even going to the gym and just everyone has an opinion about how we should behave. And those lucky enough to have family in their own surrounding I find as much as it is a challenge perhaps lol…tight space, it’s a gift..a chance to really FEEL love and share it..thank you so…

    1. You’re welcome, Lisbeth. May you find connection here in your spiritual community and anywhere else that you’re seeking it. xoxo

  49. Hi Gabby. What an impressive, helpful post. I read a lot (part of my problem) and this is perhaps the most action-oriented, positive, and truly insightful piece I’ve seen. Thanks for sharing.

  50. Ms. Gabby, I hope that one day soon I will be able to buy just one of your books. I saw you for the 1st time on some talk show & immediately knew how “Spiritually Powerful” you are. It’s true, this is causing great anxiety to some of us, me included. I will follow the 6 steps for now; continue the Serenity prayer; I pray we all get through this as of course my biggest fear is that I could be infected and not make it. This is only because I have a week immune system that I’m making stronger. Thank you for all that you do. Julie

  51. You are such a blessing. Thank you so much – this is going to help so many, myself included.
    Love to you and yours….
We’ll all get through this together.

    1. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your gifts, your wisdom, and your strength when it is needed most.
As Mr Rogers would say, “…look for the helpers…”. That’s you, Gabby, thanks so very much.
      Lots of love to all,
      Jamey

  52. Thank you so much Gabby!
I had this knot in my stomach and the meditation really shifted it and now I feel so much more at ease. I am abroad and not sure how it will be with my flight back home in three weeks. The health care system is of another standard here, but I am more concerned with my elderly mother at home.

  53. I wrote in my journal this morning that I want to feel safe today. Opened up my laptop and there was this email in my inbox to tell me how to feel safe. Beautiful.

  54. Hey Gabby, Thank you so much for your meditation and others tools to deal with the anxiety…..I’m felt a shift of energy…from the legt side of My head (little pain there) true
the back of my head and vashised down true the back of my body☘️❤️☀️‍♀️

Thank you for this…I’m going to do some shopping NOW…..
    Have a GREAT day❤️
    Carrie

  55. Thank you so very much Gabby, this has tremendously helped to settle my unsettled heart. As health professionals we’re needing to stay calm and be calm for others. You are a blessing and have helped so much.

    1. I deeply honor you, Paula, and all health professionals at this time. I’m so glad these practices are serving you! Sending you much love! Xo

  56. Thank you so much for the reminder Gabby; this is so powerful. I love Super Attractor so much and got out my journal on the weekend and practised the techniques.

  57. Thanks Gabby – I realised I woke up this morning and instead of reading more of Super Attractor and meditating, I started devouring more COVID19 news. On my way back to bed with my coffee, I said out aloud, ‘ What am I doing?’ … then your email arrived and helped me to reset my day. As someone who takes pride in conquering adversity with positive thinking, I also realise how easy it is to slide into complacency and get caught up in negativity which is not helpful. So once again, thank you!

  58. This is so helpful and can be applied to any problem we perceive in life! I am learning we really do have the power to change our circumstances with our thoughts, beliefs and energy! Thank you for this tool

      1. Dear Gabby,
Troubling times for all of us…
Very useful tool..especially tapping the gamut point. I will continue practicing Thank you for sharing

  59. Thank you so much , Gabby!
You were the first person I thought of to remind me of my truth. Our truth!
You truly have put me more at ease . I choose to remain in the Now. Knowing and trusting that I am good. I am safe.
Love you so much! Thank you for always showing up for us!
    Sat Nam

  60. Thank you, Gabby. I really needed this. It was so helpful and you’re so right. The world needs your beautiful gifts right now. Thank you for sharing them and letting us feel supported.

  61. Thank you for sharing
I for one believe and I am going to try to practice what you suggest! I feel your love.
    Your Frend Debbie

  62. Thank you Gabby. I have read your books but when I get caught up in the news and all the conversations that are happening around me I don’t always remember what to do. To read your posts is so calming and reminds me of what I can do to help myself and others not to get too swept up in all the fear and that we are in this together. Thank you x x x

  63. Dear Gabby,

Before this virus spread rapidly and the global community descended into a bit of chaos, I was struggling. I have PTSD, GAD, OCD, and panic disorder. Despite having tried cognitive behavioral therapy since age 10, as well as EMDR and over 30 pharmaceutical drugs, including SSRIs, SNRIs, and other classes, I still more or less live a life of much debilitation. I illustrate to others the magnitude of this: I went to SHP in Atherton , LMU, and UCLA, and until 4 weeks ago was working an 18$ an hour job.

I say all this because along with Dr. Wayne Dyer, who thank God is immortalized through his works and videos on YouTube , the ONLY person who has kept me sane has been you. I often put your videos on my cellphone and have them in the background to fill the room with good energy when I am doing tasks.Other times, I of course actively listen and try to integrate what you say. I listen to other enlightened speakers sometimes in the car, but their effect on me is little.

Without brown nosing, I can unequivocally state that along with Dr. Dyer, your voice was the only thing that has kept me going. Not the doctors at Stanford or UCSF, not the prescription drugs which I seek to eschew, not my friends. It was you .

Thank you for sharing your light and allowing me to survive on this Earth plane. I feel grateful you incarnated and can help people such as myself who have suffered their whole lives.

Like your other works, this guide to centeredness in these challenging days is invaluable so thank you.

I will always be indebted to you and pray and your family are safe in New York.

    1. You’re welcome, Dante. I want to honor you for doing all that you can to show up for yourself. It takes courage and strength to seek help and change fear-based patterns. I’m glad that my posts and practices are resonating with you. May you continue to be guided to the right and perfect resources to support you on your journey. Sending big love! Xo

  64. Gabby these are so beautiful thank you for always giving your community resources and so much value. I absolutely adore and appreciate you! I look forward to hugging you! XO Megan

    1. This is lovely . I am trying so hard not to be anxious. My husband just returned from Mexico and I was so anxious with all the unknowns and travel, etc… now he is back to work , an ER Doc… that is also giving me anxiety. There are so many things to be thankful for rather than fearful. They are really being proactive and taking all precautions so I shouldn’t be worried. It’s hard not to though… I am going to do these 6 steps and maybe I can get some sleep tonight

      1. I hope these practices serve you, RuthAnn. Sending you and your husband lots of light and positive vibes. xoxo
